Key Ingredients and their Benefits for hyperpigmentation/uneven skin tone:

MANDELIC ACID is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that is derived from the bitter almond. It is regarded as a less aggressive AHA compared to other AHA’s. It removes dead skin cell buildup and gently, exfoliates the skin. Studies have shown that it has anti-bacterial effects and inhibits bacteria contributing to acne, significantly reducing acne. It also inhibits the enzyme, tyrosinase and therefore, lightens dark spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(PIH).
