Dermoprof offers delivery throughout South Africa using trusted courier services, including The Courier Guy and PAXI.
Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of R119.00 applies to all orders, regardless of the order value or delivery method used.

Orders will be dispatched using either The Courier Guy or PAXI, depending on the delivery location and the most suitable option available.
Order Tracking & Waybill Information
If you would like to track your order or require your waybill/tracking number, please contact the Dermoprof store directly. Our team will provide you with the relevant waybill or tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking information may only become available once the parcel has been collected and processed by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided when placing an order are complete and correct. Dermoprof cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
While we aim to have orders delivered as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
